TP is the largest customer service company in the world. In Bosnia, we have over 1,000 people and we’re building a new team of English-speaking Coffee Specialists, with 50 open positions available.
What will you do?
As a Coffee Specialist, you will support customers through spoken and written communication, answer their questions, help solve problems and make sure they receive a professional and positive customer experience.
You do not need to be a coffee expert before you start. The most important things are strong English, good communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset and the motivation to learn.
No experience? No No worries! Start with four weeks in Sarajevo
The first part of the journey starts in Sarajevo, where all selected candidates will complete a four-week Training program. This is fully paid as it’s considered part of the job!
The Training takes place from Monday to Friday and prepares you fully for the role before moving into the work-from-home setup.
If you live outside Sarajevo, TP will cover:
- Accommodation during the Training period
- Transportation from your city of residence to Sarajevo
- Required transportation related to the Training
- Weekend travel back home if you choose to return to your city
After completing Training, the position will be primarily work from home, although occasional presence may be required when needed. All equipment will be provided by TP. You just need to make sure you have a stable and reliable internet connection — and the good news is, TP also provides a monthly internet allowance 😊
What does the package include?
The position offers a gross monthly salary of 1,760 BAM. On top of it comes a performance bonus of up to 500 BAM per month.
Besides the above, you’ll also get:
- 14.50 BAM net meal allowance per working day
- 60 BAM net internet allowance per month
- Additional compensation for work performed on applicable public holidays 100% based on the labor law.
Who are we looking for?
The main requirement is English at C1 level, both spoken and written.
You should also be comfortable communicating with customers, working with digital tools and following clear processes.
Previous customer-service or contact-center experience is an advantage, but it is not the only thing that matters. Strong communication, reliability and motivation are equally important.
When does it start?
The first group is planned to begin Training in Sarajevo on the 23rd of September and the second group will start on the 1st of of October 2026.
