Job Overview
As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will also oversee financial reporting to management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by entity, department, and cost center to ensure cost efficiency and achievement of profit targets.
- Perform variance analyses and provide recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
- Review cost center allocations and approval processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Nearshore entities.
- Support TP Benelux during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct regular account analyses and investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Review and validate system updates in D365, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare and submit group reporting requirements.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Auditor.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A certified accountant qualification is considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial and performance KPIs, revenue models, and cost drivers.
- Experience with external audits and financial analysis.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
