TP, the world’s largest customer service company, is recruiting on behalf of its subsidiary, TP Infinity, for an API & Data Integration Engineer (m/f/d) position.

As part of TP Infinity, you will collaborate with experienced consultants, architects, and technical experts while helping deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions for global clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain data integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms
• Manage API pipelines for customer interaction, case management, and communication data
• Support identity and access management integrations using industry-standard authentication protocols
• Build and maintain data validation scripts, dashboards, and mapping structures
• Ensure secure, compliant, and auditable data handling processes in accordance with GDPR requirements
• Collaborate with business intelligence teams to define KPIs, reporting structures, and performance metrics
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support ongoing system enhancements

What We Are Looking For

• Background in backend development, data engineering, API development, or systems integration
• Experience working with enterprise integration projects and cloud-based environments
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience with identity management and authentication technologies
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Excellent English language skills; German is considered an advantage

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Bash, or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, JWT, and API integration principles
• Experience working with SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience using Postman, Swagger, Git, and identity management tools
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and normalization techniques
• Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures
• Experience building scalable and secure data exchange solutions
